Oil and cold wax workshop at The Falmouth Hotel in Falmouth

Friday 21st November from 10.00 till 3.00

All materials and a light lunch are included in the price

The workshop room has doors to the gardens and overlooks Falmouth Bay so there will be plenty to inspire us

I will demonstrate and talk about using oil and cold wax. You will do a number of small studies and then a larger more finished piece in the afternoon

My style as you probably know is quite loose and atmospheric.  We will be thinking about colour palettes and I will share my favourite colours with you all.  We will also think about mark making and composition but the main focus will be on enjoying a day immersed in the art of creating. It will suit all abilities - those who already paint but are looking to loosen up or try a new medium and those who have never painted before
